On Friday night we had our annual date at Ron's Barn with the Flynns. We look forward to this night every year! The girls were not only excited to see Emmie and Kate, but to wear their skinny jeans and boots for the first time. We even took a mommy & daughter skinny jeans picture! We love this night because we get to eat yummy BBQ, and go to a nearby pumpkin patch and get pumpkins and take pictures. This was year number 7 and the most fun yet....we also thought the BBQ was the best it had ever been. All of the girls love riding down together, watching a movie and just laughing!!! It was crazy how easy they all were this year since they are 3 and 5 years old! The funny thing that we documented this year is Jay's "seat" that he rides on. Our van only has 7 seats so Jay sat on a bean bag of the Flynns for the second year in a row. Chip offered to sit on it, but Jay must really like it because he sat on it there and back. Everyone knows how much I love traditions...it's the Meredith girl in me....and this is one of my favorites! We love you Flynns!!!
