beach bound

Well, we made it to the beach today! We stopped in Wilmington and had a yummy lunch at Dockside. We love eating there and seeing all the boats that cruise by while you are eating. I can't wait to spend a fun weekend with Jay and the girls! The one thing I forgot at home is my camera card reader, so I will not be blogging with pictures this week, which is huge for me. I think I have only posted two times ever without a picture. I will leave you all with two funny stories that happened this week.
We had to take Claire to the eye doctor this week (everything turned out to be fine). While we were in the waiting room another little girl asked Claire and Ava if they were sisters. Ava replied, "No, we're twins" I love it when they say that! My friend Heather asked the girls last week who was older. Claire said "I am older, but she is bigger", pointing to Ava. Then Ava said, "I eat more meat"! I died laughing...she is right though! Hope you all have a great weekend. I will have some beach pictures to share when we come home sometime next week!
