fun friday

Today was such a fun day for me and the girls! We took off this morning and headed to a play date at my sweet friend Christy's new house. The girls have been dying to have a dress up party with Emmy and Kate, and they had so much fun! I not only got to visit with Christy, but with Stacy. I still can't believe that two of my closest friends built houses next door to one another! It was so much fun to go and visit both of them today and go out one door, take a few steps and be at the other one's front door...I loved it! They have both done such a great job decorating and their houses looked beautiful! After visiting with them we went to Christin's apartment and picked her up and headed to Cornhuskin at Meredith. This was the girls second time going to the parade and they loved it again. They had fun seeing all the girls march by and even more fun collecting all of the candy that was thrown their way! After the parade we went and watched the seniors serenade their little sisters the sophomores. Of course it brought back so many fun memories for me, I always love going back to visit and just being on campus. Then Jay met us for dinner at our favorite new place....Armadillo Grill! It was a yummy way to end a wonderful day!
