changing

Our family has loved watching the beautiful leaves change colors this fall, but the leaves aren't the only things changing. My girls are growing up so fast...they are almost 4! I saw this picture the other day when I was looking at old pictures of the girls and I had to take a new one this year. I love pictures of the girls in piles of leaves....and we have plenty in our yard right now! I clearly remember taking this picture when the girls were around 1 year old. I remember that they could not walk yet, so it must have been soon after we got home with them. I remember putting them both on the deck and then walking them down one at a time into the leaves. I took about 30 pictures of them. For most of them they were just staring at me probaly wondering why I had them sitting in a pile of rough and itchy leaves and then I got some of them eating them! I love thinking back to the time when we first came home with our little blessings! They are still such blessings to us today!
