visit from Bella

Right before we left on our trip we had our first visit from Bella, our friend Cara's puppy. She is a puggle and is the sweetest thing ever! The girls totally love her and Ava will tell anyone that asks her that she has a puggle too!!! The girls wanted to hold her all night and Ava even fed her a pretend doll bottle while Cara held her. Most of the time we played with her Claire gave up her Sophie the cat character and became a little puppy herself! We let Bella play with an old Beany Baby so Claire played with one too....holding it in her mouth just like Bella. Maybe this animal obsession means Claire will be a vet one day! It sure would be funny to tell her how her love for animals started right before her 3rd birthday! Our fun time with Bella ended with Jay playing his mandolin and Bella falling asleep to the lullaby! It was the cutest thing!!
