fun at the beach

We had another great trip to the beach last weekend. Even though it is July it was so cold down on the beach. It did not phase the girls...they ran up and down the beach and played in the sand while Jay and I sat wrapped up in towels. We did not go in the water this time due to the cooler temps. We took the ferry from Ft. Fisher over to Southport and walked around and had dinner. The girls thought it was so awesome to be riding on a real boat, they loved the ferry ride! We also got to see our friends the Gouges and hang out with Clay and Court and their girls. We had such a wonderful weekend, it is so nice just to get away sometimes!
