goodbye kindergarten

I can not believe that the girls are done with Kindergarten...how did this happen so fast? They had a wonderful year at North Ridge. They had amazing teachers and made such great friends. I also loved being involved in PTA and in both of the girl's classrooms. I really enjoyed serving lunch in the cafeteria once a week. I am excited for next year too...to find out who the girls new teachers will be and to take on the job of PTA president!!! Thankfully I am going to be co-president with my friend Aimee! Before all that we get to enjoy a fun summer together as a family! The girls had a graduation program at school where all six classes came together and sang cute songs. Claire and Ava both had a speaking part and did such a great job. I think I was more nervous than they were. They had to speak into a microphone in front of all the students and all the families there that day. They sang a song about going to first grade that of course made me cry so hard. We have watched the video back three times now and I have officially cried each and every time! It was very special that both sets of grandparents came to watch them. Jay and I are so proud of the girls and loved watching them grow up so much this year!
