cousin slumber party

Court and the girls came for the day on Thursday to play and all three of them spent the night with us at the condo! It was such a fun girls day! We started the day with fun at the park playing on the playground. Then after lunch we hit the beach. The girls enjoyed splashing in the water with their feet and playing with a few dogs that were roaming the beach. They also did lots of dancing and cartwheels. Court even showed the girls her handstand skills. After the beach we came up for bath time. I don't now how much longer all four girls will fit in the bathtub together!! We fixed the girls dinner at the condo and Court and I got takeout from one of our favorite restaurants. It was the best pasta dish with blackened shrimp on top. Court, this has to be a new tradition for us for sure!! After story time we attempted to put the girls to bed, all in one room. After we moved two to the other room they went right to sleep, they had a packed day for sure. Court and I enjoyed Grey's together and had so much fun talking. The next morning we walked to Britt's and enjoyed the yummiest donuts ever!!!! They opened last weekend for the season and we sure are glad!!! A dozen donuts later the girls played a little on the boardwalk and then we came back home. Jay called to say he was almost here so we went out to greet him. When we saw his truck coming we greeted him with cheers, complete with chorus line leg kicks!!! We are so glad that he is here with us. We had the best time with Court and the girls and can't wait to keep this tradition of slumber parties going all spring and summer!!!
