roomie trip

I got back from a wonderful trip yesterday with three of my closest friends. The four of us lived together for three years after college and even though we don't anymore we still take an annual "roomate" trip. This year we went to Niagra Falls and stayed in the most quaint town called Niagra-on-the-lake. We had the most beautiful weather and got to do and see the most amazing things. We went to Niagra Falls for the afternoon on Friday and Saturday we went shopping for the day in Toronto. Canada was just so beautiful. One of the highligts from our trip was getting to ride on the Jet Boat. It was a boat that held about 40 people and went up to 60 mph through class 5 rapids! It was so crazy we just laughed and screamed the whole time. When we hit the rapids the water would go so far up in the air and then land right on our heads. At times the water would go right up our noses and one time knocked our heads straight back becasue the pressure was so strong. It was definitely one of the most fun things I have ever done. We had a great weekend of fellowship and always love spending time together. As a side note Jason had a great time at home with the girls playing dress up and coloring all weekend and had some great help from both sets of grandparents!
